We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title, and risk of loss pass to you.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order information and photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.
EXTENDED DELAYS
Please reach out to us at Dovetailstudiofl@gmail.com for domestic orders that have exceeded 10 days from the transfer to the carrier, and 18 days for international orders. Although we are not responsible for the delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control, once made aware, we will work to ensure your order is completed, reshipped, or insurance is collected.
