Do you ship internationally
Yes! We love seeing our work make its way around the world.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping offer orders of $30+. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International customers are also responsible for any applicable item limitations, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
How do you make your products?
Every product we create is either handmade or inspired by one of our handmade pieces. From our hand-carved linocut prints to our hand-bound journals, we believe in creating thoughtfully and intentionally.
Because many of our products are made from paper, they are recyclable and compostable. We also do our best to minimize waste by repurposing excess materials into new products whenever possible and recycling what we can't reuse.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations and imperfections are part of the process and are not considered defects.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order information and photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

When will I get my order?
We work quickly to get your order on its way! Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where is my package?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. If your package hasn't arrived 5–7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
